KNA Telemark Offroad has the pleasure of welcoming all competitors to Formula Offroad Racing in Nenset Sandtak (sand pit) in Skien, Norway.
The race is organized in accordance with NSR, ISR and NBF`s regulations for Formula Offroad, Cup regulations and additional rules for the race.

Final deadline for race registration is 20.8.2010 NOTICE: THE COMPETITION IS HELD ONLY IF THERE ARE AT LEAST 20 DRIVERS REGISTERED WHEN ENTRY TIME IS CLOSING.
Registration: Registration will take place in the secretariat. Race fee is NOK 500 each day. Cash payment only.

Noise Limits: Max noise level 110dB acc. to FIA measurement rules.
Drivers meeting: Saturday at 0900hrs and Sunday 1100hrs in the competition area. After the meeting it will be possible to take a closer look at the tracks before the race starts.
Test track: The test track will be open Friday from 18.30 to 20.00, Saturday from 09:30 to 10:25 and Sunday from 12:30 to 12:55.
Prizes: The top 3 drivers in each class will receive trophies. There will also be a trophy for”Best in Show”. The price ceremony will take place in the competition area about 30 minutes after the race is over.
Additionally, the driver in each class with the most points totally from the two races (Saturday and Sunday) will receive NOK 5.000 each.

Welcome to Skien, Norway and a weekend with full throttle!! Important information to all drivers and their teams
Competition Area Due to safety reasons there will be restricted access to the competition area. Only officials, the drivers and maximum three of their team members will be allowed to enter the area. Each team will receive three admission tags for team members, i.e. only the persons with admission tags can follow the driver into the competition area. All other team members will have to stay outside this area.
All cars/motors must be off use from 21.00 in the evening until 08.00 in the morning.
SPECIAL ATTENTION Lifting points and recovery points on the vehicles SHALL be colored and visible.
Passengers in the race car It is not permitted to have passengers in the race car while driving. This applies both to the depot area, the competition area and while driving between the areas. Drivers will be fined by deducting 50 points per incident if this is observed by the judges.
Time restrictions for complaints · Technical complaints: There is a 30 minute period for entering a complaint after the technical inspection is finished. · Complaints related to the race: Complaints must be entered no later than 30 minutes after the results from each track is published.
Fueling Fueling the race cars is only permitted in the assigned area in the depot.

Free Tickets & Admission Tags Entering the area after the gates are manned will only be possible with a valid ticket / admission tag. The drivers have the responsibility for handing out the free tickets & admission tags to its team members.
Vehicle Pass Each team will receive one vehicle pass. Trucks and busses used for transporting race cars do not need vehicle passes as long as they are parked in the team area in the depot.
Safety inspection of safety equipment Safety equipment will be checked during the technical inspection. Technicians will respond to drivers that throw their helmets to the ground.
Race cars that have safety belts with “stretch marks” will not be allowed to start the race.
Trash and waste oil We expect all teams to keep the area clean and free of trash. There will be handed out one waste bag to every team upon registration. Please leave all trash in the containers or dumpsters before leaving the area. Barrels for waste oil will be placed in the depot area. To prevent oil and fuel leaking into the sand, the ground under the race car must be covered when the car is parked.
Barbecue grilling in the depot This is allowed only if fire extinguishers are placed visibly close to the grill.
Shower We will arrange minibus transport from entrance in depot to shower place, Shower possible between 18-20 Saturday and Sunday evening.
